The initiative of people coming together for peace during the time of Target Seattle

It is a 10-kilometer run that pledged to attempt at terminating the nuclear arms race, from Golden Gardens to Gasworks Park, Seattle.

This event was held annually, but the poster is referring to that of 1986. It occurred from Saturday June 28th at 2pm up until June 29th at 2pm.
